Uniply Industries Limited has been admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process vide the order of The Hon'ble NCLT dated 04th October, 2021 and Mr. L V Shyam Sundar (IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00262/2017-18/10775) has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional. Further, in the First CoC Meeting, it was resolved to appoint Mr. L V Shyam Sundar as the Resolution Professional.
